OUR WORK PROCESS
INTRODUCTION
Before establishing a first collaboration, doubts arise about many aspects.
Let me explain our working process to you.
In reality, everything is quite natural and logical.
Since 1989, we have worked with both large and small companies.
Most of them located in Spain but also in other countries.
Neither of these two facts has been a problem.
After the budget has been approved and the first two payments have been made, the process begins,
the process begins.
It basically consists of 4 steps:
- Provision of information
- Development of the work
- Revisions
- Calculation, retouching and delivery of the finished project.
1/ PROVISION OF INFORMATION
This first phase is crucial for the successful development of the project.
Your collaboration is essential.
The better and more complete the information is, the simpler everything will be.
The probabilities of error are minimised and the final result will be much better.
We need you to provide us with the information according to very specific specifications.
The information must be provided in digital format.
This information can be planimetric (P), photographic (F) or descriptive (D).
We leave it up to you WHO is to be the supplier of this information and the interlocutor for technical questions during the process.
It is an essential condition for meeting delivery dates that all this information is in our possession before the agreed date.
EXTERIOR
ENVIRONMENT

Exterior flooring (terraces, entrance, terraces, etc.) Carpentry (doors, handles, sliding, hinged, skirting board, etc.)
INTERIOR

Kitchens, electrical appliances and sanitary ware Description of materials, finishes, etc.

* The exact adaptation of the furniture is subject to the availability of our bookcases.
2/ DEVELOPMENT OF THE WORK
After approval of the quote and after providing the requested information, the work process begins.
Depending on the services contracted, the process is slightly different but, to give you an idea,
the generic process consists of these 4 steps:
1. We proceed to the study of the project. We will establish the scope of the services.
2. In agreement with the client, we will define who will be involved in the process. Normally they are: the architect, the developer and our team.
If any doubts arise, we will have a physical meeting or video conference with the interlocutor chosen by the client.
3. We start the 3D modelling of the project.
4. In the event that the project requires the recording of aerial images with a drone, this will be the moment to carry them out.
We have the possibility of filming the project site with a drone to later insert the project in 3D and give the impression that it has already been built.
These shots are especially recommended when the environment is one of the values of the project.
It requires a lot of technical and artistic effort but it is worth it.
3/ REVISIONS
Revisions are to work half as hard and not twice as hard.
There is no point in requesting changes on a whim.
The usual process consists of these 3 steps:
1. First round of revisions.
We will provide the first images to check. Each time an image is uploaded, each participant receives an email notifying them of the new image. They can make comments that will be reflected in a log.
2. Second round of revisions.
We will continue working. In this second round, you will be able to check textures and views. Gathering successive comments, we will get closer to the final result.
3. Third and last round of revisions. Final touches and last modifications.
4/ CALCULATION, FINAL TOUCHES AND DELIVERY OF THE PROJECT
It is the last phase of the project but it is the one that makes the difference between a mediocre job and a brilliant one.
These last steps, which many companies skip, are necessary to achieve the optimum final result.
It is no longer possible to make changes. That is what the previous phases were for.
If, nevertheless, it is considered essential to carry them out, we will establish a new schedule and budget.
These are as follows:
1. Calculation of the images (and/or video) in high resolution.
2. Post-production phase of the images (and/or video).
All the sequences calculated by the computer are treated in post production to improve them. Work ranges from colour correction to, for example, the incorporation of landscapes or flying birds.
In the final editing, sound effects, music and all the necessary adjustments are inserted.
If you want to go a step further, it is highly recommended to incorporate real video recordings that convey the essence of the project.
At the end of this video you will see some good examples.
In the case of projects with still images, this is the moment for the photomontages.
Previously, the photographs necessary for the photomontages will have been taken at different times of the day.
Once they have been fitted together, as in the case of the video, the appropriate adjustments will be made to retouch the whole and simulate a perfect insertion between the computer-calculated image and the real photo.
3. The client receives the images (and/or video) in digital format after receipt of the last payment.
IN SHORT…
You can rest assured.
We have been doing this all our lives.
We have refined the process day by day and we continue to do so.
We need your active collaboration, both in the information provision phase and in the reviews.
Your delays will be our delays.
We will resolve any questions that arise before or during the process.
