[FINAL] When you finish the work, I would like you to send me all the related files (3D models, textures, etc.) Is there any problem?
Under no circumstances do we transfer the files we have used to carry out the work to the client. We are contracted to produce the images and/or video for your project, but the related intermediate files are our property.
[DURING] How will communication be during the work process?
You'll love it. We can work with remote clients as if they were sitting next to us. You will enjoy the process and how we establish the relationship between all the professionals involved in the process (marketing director, architect, developer, ...). This is one of our most valued virtues.
[DURING] How many modelling and/or texturing changes does your budget include?
We are reasonable, but we also expect you to be reasonable. If you prefer to be clear about the limits, we accept a maximum of two rounds of revisions. During the process, from start to finish, we will show you images to check that our visualisation is an accurate reflection [...]
[BEFORE] What information do you need to do the job?
There are no strange things here: The same as any other company would ask you for. The complete project in DWG format delivered with our technical specifications and description of materials, vegetation, photos, etc. I will send you an email with our requirements.
[FINAL] Can I make changes once the video has been delivered?
