Seen like that it could be overwhelming. But not at all.
For 30 years we have been going to rest in July.
The decision we took at the time was linked to the conciliation of the families of our team.
We could not change the scheme of other companies and that “forced” us to take those days in July.
That obligation became an advantage
A few days ago I told you that spring was the ideal time to put a promotion on sale.
The next most sought after time to go out is September.
Potential homebuyers come with a renewed spirit. They have had time to think about their future and, almost without wanting to, they are very open to your proposals.
Consequently, “bringing forward” the holidays to July allows us to work in a very interesting month for the promoters as they can have the images and/or video of their promotion just when they also return. Except in touristy places, in the big cities, August is a month of little activity and, dare I say it, it is the time when the least flats are sold.
Don’t worry about us.
We are rested and, fortunately, we have air-conditioning.
We work very well in August. It’s also the month when the phone rings the least and that allows us to concentrate more on our work.
So you see.
For us, it’s all advantages. But for you too.
This August, we are very busy, but think about it for next year.
