My wife keeps telling me that I have Diogenes syndrome.
I’ll never admit it to her… but she’s right.

Since I set up my studio at home and my parents died, I’ve had a period when more things came into the house than went out and, of course, we can hardly fit any more.

That’s why Wallapop is a good tool. I admit that I have got rid of a lot of things.

What I don’t like at all is the process.

Sometimes, when I’ve been asked for a discount on something that was relaxed, I’ve raised the price.

I didn’t care if I didn’t sell it. I didn’t feel like jumping through that hoop.
It has cost me my arguments with my wife.

But it’s the same for buying. I don’t understand how little effort people make to sell and how much effort they put into buying at a discount.

They only talk about features and don’t talk about BENEFITS.

If they tell me, or anyone else, that this machine will cut the lawn in 10 minutes, we would buy it much sooner than if they want to sell us a Bosch mower of x power in good condition.

That’s just the way it is.

Exactly the same thing happens if you want to sell your flats (I don’t think they are sold on Wallapop yet) but they often look like ads on this platform.

Your client is looking for BENEFITS and not FEATURES.

If you do it right, you will run out of flats in the storage room.

We know how to show your development so you can sell it for the highest possible price.

Call me and I’ll tell you how to do it but I won’t lower my fee. I hate “Wallapop Style”.
