Frequently Asked Questions

As you can imagine, after three decades of doing this kind of work, we could show you a lot but, honestly,
I don’t think it would do you any good to see more and more examples.

We have done all kinds of projects. From the visualisation of the Expo in Zaragoza, to an exclusive single-family house, to very large, medium and small developments. We have collaborated with very important studios and others that were not so important, in Spain and in the USA, but believe me, this is not relevant.

The important thing is that all this accumulated experience allows me to offer you the best service in your upcoming project.

Well, like most companies in the sector.

Honestly, I don’t think it adds much,
but if you want to see it in detail, click here.

Don’t rush. Each project has its own values and requires a certain number of images to highlight them.

However, we do not accept projects with less than 5 images.

Our work is for 3 types of people:

  1. RE developers who want to sell their properties faster.
  2. RE developers who want to sell their properties better. It is not the same.
  3. Architects who want to look good with their developer clients and take on this investment.

And it is totally inadvisable if…

  • You are looking for the cheapest possible solution to sell with ‘something’.
  • You have already had renderings done before but you want something better at a lower cost.

In these cases don’t click here, don’t write me and don’t call me because I’m not interested.

No.

That’s how you pay in this industry, it’s not a whim and it’s non-negotiable:

10% to reserve a date and close the calendar

40% before starting work

50% before handing over the finished work.

We will make this decision depending on the number of spaces to be displayed but also on other factors.

However, we do not accept projects with a duration of less than 60 seconds.

No.

As I said, this is serious, high quality work, and I expect the same commitment from you.

We will review the images with you at the appropriate time in the process.

If you’re afraid to hire me, don’t be.

We will discuss the cost after our meeting.
There are many factors involved, which I will explain to you.

If we understand that the collaboration is interesting and effective for both parties, we will talk about money. If not, no.

However, this is for sure: the price of my services will never go down.

I don’t make any offers, discounts or anything like that.

What’s more, my idea is to raise prices progressively every month, but never to lower them.

What I’m going to tell you next is not up for discussion:

Using video to sell your promotion is the smartest and most effective investment you can make.

Video is for 3 types of people:

  1. RE Developers who want to sell their homes faster.
  2. RE Developers who want to sell their homes better. It is not the same.
  3. Architects who want to look good to their developer clients and suggest making this investment.

And it is totally inadvisable if…

  • You are looking for the cheapest possible solution to sell with ‘something’.
  • You have already had a video made before but you want something better at a lower cost.

In these cases don’t click here, don’t write me and don’t call me because I’m not interested.

But you haven’t told me about your project yet!
You still don’t know what I’m going to ask for my services!

But look, leave it. Don’t contact me.

I’m completely serious.

It’s not a sales pitch, don’t hire me, because if you’re going to value my work and my experience as if it were coal by weight, you don’t have the right mindset to make the most of this cinnamon stick.

Each client and project has its own story.

Consequently, we do not have rates.

There are several factors that come into play when we draw up a quotation:

Delivery date
Quality of information provided
Scope of the project
Level of service required
Number of spaces to be visualised
Lighting situations envisaged (night, day, dusk, …)
Number of images and/or minutes of video
Need for customised 3D modelling service
… and many others

That’s why we like to say that…

‘We are a tailor made tailor shop’.

Leave me your email and I will contact you as soon as possible.

None.

We are endorsed by the results obtained working for clients all over the world, such as HOK in Saint Louis or Cesar Pelli in Santa Monica, both in the USA.

We don’t usually meet our clients in person (although we love it) but it has never been a problem for us to do mutually beneficial work. Have no doubt about it.

Here you can read some of their TESTIMONIALS

Not at the moment.
You can send us your CV but, honestly, in the short term it is not in our plans to grow.
If we change our mind, we will announce it on social media and on the most relevant 3D sites.

My recommendation is that you define the project as well as possible before we start.
Believe me if I tell you that we have finished the jobs we started later but with all the information, before those that, in order to run and start as soon as possible, we have had to wait, repeat and charge more to finally deliver the job much later.

Under no circumstances do we transfer the files we have used to carry out the work to the client.
We are contracted to produce the images and/or video for your project,
but the related intermediate files are our property.

If we are talking about YOUR project, obviously yes.
In this case, there are no restrictions, although the law requires that the images and/or video we provide you with are always shown with a mention of their author. In this case something like: ‘Image made by GAYARRE infografía’ would be enough.

If you are referring to other clients’ projects, in principle not.
We should study the specific case and have the approval of our client.

It’s not in my plans… at the moment.

But if you want to learn something every week in a fun way, take a look at this.

You’ll love it.

We can work with remote clients as if they were sitting next to us. You will enjoy the process and how we establish the relationship between all the professionals involved in the process (marketing director, architect, developer, …).

This is one of our most valued virtues.

Believe me, I would love to, but we cannot meet all the requests for collaboration that we receive.

We only do a maximum of 8 projects per year.

We guarantee that our clients receive excellent treatment and, to achieve this, it is we who assess the possibility of working together, we are the ones who value the possibility of working together.

If you are looking for an offer to compare with other options,
I need to talk to you before I send it to you.

If you want to invest in our services and you are the person who decides,
leave me your email and I will contact you as soon as possible.

We are always willing to strive for full customer satisfaction.

This spirit does not mean that we work for free.

If changes go beyond our responsibility and are due to changes in the project, errors or deficiencies in the information provided, which are beyond our control, we always charge for them.

This is why it is so important that we receive the information when the project has been perfectly defined. These project changes can, in some cases, mean a delay in delivery and an avoidable extra charge.

Needless to say, if we have made a mistake (these are not changes), we will make the necessary adjustments free of charge.

Usually not.
We will progressively approach the formal proposal when, between the two of us, we define the final scope of the assignment.

There is no need to get overwhelmed. It is a natural process. We will both be grateful if we can refine it to start the work properly.

To start with the work, 4 steps have to be fulfilled which are typical of this industry and which are non-negotiable.

1 > We receive the formal signed proposal (preferably by electronic signature).

2 > We send the first invoice and you make the first payment in advance (10% of the total) to certify the order and reserve the timetable for its execution.

3 > One week before the agreed date for the start of the work, we receive all the project information (not a part and later the rest) and we will check it to certify that it is complete.

4 > We send the second invoice and you make the second payment in advance (40% of the total) to start the work on the agreed date.

We will then start the work.

We are reasonable, but we also expect you to be reasonable.
If you prefer to be clear about the limits, we accept a maximum of two rounds of revisions.

During the process, from start to finish, we will show you images to check that our visualisation is an accurate reflection of your project, and they will also serve to choose the final views.
In the final stage of the process, after the previous reviews, no changes are allowed free of charge.

Sorry to repeat myself, but it depends on the project.
Our technology and experience allow us to do the job in a very short time.
I repeat, in a very short time.

Our clients can’t believe the improvement in this aspect of time.
Sometimes it takes them longer to review the images than it takes us to do it.

It depends on the complexity of the project to be visualised.
Our technology and experience allow us to complete the work in a very short time.
Since we have changed technology, we have halved (or even less) the production time.

I insist that we don’t have rates.

If we determine that we need 10 days for a job, if you need us to do it in 5 days and it is possible, the cost doubles.

Take this as a mere approximation.

Yes, tell us your idea in detail and we will make the best possible approach.

The maximum.
It is one of our most valued virtues and makes the difference with other companies.

Detailed modelling does not guarantee excellent visualisation, but it is a prerequisite for achieving it.

Our library is very extensive and has always covered the most demanding needs of our clients.

If you need something very specific we will make it as you wish at an additional cost.

Of course.
For more than 30 years, we have worked for architects all over the world providing them with such images.
We have even participated in countless competitions ourselves.
We know what you need depending on the composition of the jury and the location of the presentation.

The cost decreases progressively if the additional images are of the same space or building with the same lighting conditions.

Doubt offends.
The first photomontage we did was more than 30 years ago.

If your project is in Zaragoza, the answer is yes.
If it is outside Zaragoza, we suggest hiring a professional photographer to whom we will give the relevant instructions to make them properly.
Don’t send your brother-in-law to do them. They won’t work even if he tells you they are perfect.

Well, it depends.

It is not the same to visualise the living room of a palace of Versailles as the façade of an Ikea. And the other way round it can be the same.

If you want an approximation, think that they will cost you the same.

No. Night images are much more time-consuming. They can sometimes cost twice as much.

1. I will send you an email with some questions about your project, your expectations, the services you want initially, the spaces to visualise, your schedule and the budget you plan to invest in my services.

2. After understanding your needs, I will study your project with great interest and I will tell you if I can help you.

3. If this is the case and we understand each other, we will have a brief videoconference.

4. I will then send you a simple PRE – BUDGET including dates and costs.

5. If it suits you, you will receive the detailed FORMAL PROPOSAL for signature.

There are no strange things here:
The same as any other company would ask you for.

The complete project in DWG format delivered with our technical specifications and description of materials, vegetation, photos, etc.

I will send you an email with our requirements.

Of course it is!

It takes a lot of work but, when the site requires it, it is one of the services that the client is most grateful for the return they get.

We work with a very professional drone pilot who knows and complies with current regulations.

You can see for yourself by looking at this example.

Yes, you can see it in this video about the ADVANTAGES.

We do not have fixed rates.
We will discuss your project and draw up an accurate and realistic budget.

When determining the cost of a video, the number of spaces to be viewed is more relevant than the length of the video itself.

Yes.

Beforehand, you need to ask yourself some key questions:

Where is your presentation going to be shown? Is it to be shown on the internet? Is it for a screening in a hall? Both?

Each channel has its own format and resolution.

Normally we work in Full HD (1920×1080 px) but if your project requires it we can do it in 4K.

Although we do not recommend it, changes can be made as long as all three conditions are met simultaneously:

  1. More time
  2. More budget
  3. Lack of scheduling commitments with other clients.

But trust me, we won’t need to get into this situation.
If we both do our homework, you will approve the still images before creating the video.
This way, we will avoid last minute changes and cost overruns that only lead to unpleasant situations right at the end of the job.

There are many companies that simply give you the work as it comes out of the computer calculation without retouching anything.

Even though we are aware that it takes a lot more work, we can’t pass up the opportunity to give you our work in the best possible way so that it serves its purpose:

guaranteeing the brutal release of endorphins 💊.

And post production has a lot to do with that.

No. If you are looking for this type of service, we are not the company for you.

Although we like challenges, we are also aware of our own limitations.

We can simulate effects such as rain or snow, but we can’t and don’t want to be Pixar.

If you need another kind of phenomena, we are not the company you are looking for.

Beforehand, you need to ask yourself some questions:

Where is your presentation to be exhibited? Is it to be shown on the internet? Is it for a screening in a hall? Is it to make a billboard on the construction site? or is the billboard to be seen from the road?

Each channel has its own format and resolution.

We normally deliver the images in 4K but, if required, we can deliver in 16K.
